Good service from staff. Home pick up - great idea.
Horrible customer service. We booked a car with them for today (29th March 2018) and when we went to pick it up after work the car was not ready and they said that the order didn't go thought! After showing them the confirmation email we asked why no-one had informed us about that and they said that the telephone number given was incorrect (which was not true, and they also had our email address in case they needed to contact us). No solutions were offered and they told us that their policy had changed for customers from other countries not paying taxes here, we are Spanish but we live, work and pay our taxes here!!! Very disappointing as we were renting the car to go and pick up our parents from Bristol Airport that same day! As you can image finding a solution and someone else opened after working hours have been a bit of a difficult challenge, and more if you have in mind that it is the Eastern Weekend! Not renting from them any more.
The staff were really friendly and as the car was a little bit late the young lady in there made me a coffee with a smile! Duty manager was very positive and proactive.
