My daughter's got an abscess and been seen straight away.

I am not sure whether the issues are unique to this dental practice or a more widespread issue in the area but since we joined all our appointments for the whole family are cancelled without fail time after time.I eventually got to see a dentist there and for the 30 minutes I had to wait for my appointment the reception staff were on the phone having to call patients to cancel their appointments. When I saw the locum dentist it was pretty much a waste of time as he looked in my mouth for less than 60 seconds and then from that point I could understand little of what he said due to his less than great English. I did understand I needed to make a further appointment but was then told I couldnt do that as the new dentist who started in a few weeks didnt yet have a diary set up and to call back once they had started and would have a diary to take bookings. That didnt really make sense as on that basis the new dentist will turn up on day 1 and not have any patients to see as they didnt have a diary set up.Overall since we have joined a pretty poor experience. I just dont know whether its unique to this dental practice or a Devon wide issue. Suffice to say I am looking at the private option. It may be more expensive but I cant put up with the hassle much longer.

An embarrassment to the NHS. Without doubt the worst dental practice I have ever been to or heard of. The reception staff are rude, uninterested and clearly in need of extra training. The dentists are awful and inspire to confidence whatsoever in their patients. If I was forced to say one good thing about practice it would be that these people - Who surely must be the worst in their chosen professions - are confined to one place, thus making them much easier to avoid.

The dentist said i have a cracked bone above my mouth, so before she could go ahead with my dental care she said she had to send my xray to the hospital. I was told it would take 6 weeks. Rang back 12 weeks after as never heard anything and they didnt have any record of it. I think this surgery is very unprofessional and will not be attending here again

After being a very nervous patient of a dentist I would like to say they're actually wonderful the staff were friendly and nurses were very good and the dentist absolutes brilliant thank you Caroline I'd like to add that this is over six visits and then each one was wonderful
