Explain this. Only two people waiting at the counter, only two items on the collection shelf. Customer service advisor picks up the other customers item and gives it to him Looks at me turns her back and walks off. I have to call her back and tell her that the other item was mine before she then returned and gave me my item. I was not impressed by her attitude. If I could give it a zero score, I would. Maybe if I looked like a local, I would have been treated differently
Members of staff went that extra mile to assist me.
For an Argos it's a very quiet store, plus if you time it right you can park outside
Had really good service today in store which is quite rare these days. Also I find it amazing that I ordered an item on a sunday afternoon and it was with me by Sunday evening. Nice one argos or Sainsbury's homebase whoever you actually are now. Top work!!!!!!
