I had a loss of several hundred euros because of that. no explanation. no apologies. they clearly do not care. you are welcome to contact me for further details, before engaging in business with them.ps: all accusations below are wrong and they know it. online businesses NEED to be open to solving problems caused by mail-delivery. (this is not an issue of money here - the package in question was insured, but this company refused to report the damage for weeks, did not reply to emails or return calls. I assume they act with customer complaints just like they do with business partners. be careful there).
