Tess is simply the most inspirational, kind, understanding and motivating trainer I have ever known. Having come back from a back disc injury she took the time to liaise with my chiropractor to ensure that I got the right treatment. Her 1:1 sessions are great and perfectly tailored to individual needs. Once able to engage in the classes I thoroughly enjoy the music and stimulation they bring, as well as the results! Thank you Tess for aiming for that ever elusive goal of a pain free active life. Anna
