I recently used The Removal Company to empty my aunt's flat in London and move all her furniture and possessions down to Devon to be put into storage and was completely satisfied with the service provided. In fact it exceeded my expectations. I was extremely impressed how fast, efficient and careful the lads were, not to mention most pleasant and polite. A rare thing these days and my grateful thanks must go out to the two Dans and Kieran who crewed this move. They had the two trucks loaded in just over three hours and although I offered refreshments, they politely refused as they were wanting to get out of London again before the rush hour traffic. The company should be most proud of them for putting the work before themselves. I later drove down to Devon myself as the following morning it was agreed I could inspect the unloading and the storage facility. When I arrived at 10am, everything had already been efficiently unloaded and packed away, so all I had to do was put on my padlock. Most efficient. It was a great release to have such a good ending to the whole move which went operationally smooth without a single hitch, so many thanks again to the lads and The Removal Company for good organisation and planning. Simply excellent. After a stressful experience of selling our house, Shawn was very easy to deal with and made the actual moving process almost enjoyable. On the day of moving, as promised 3 vehicles turned at 8:30 sharp. All the guys were very helpful, polite and efficient. Shawn was most friendly and professional during his initial visit and when the quote came through we were agreeably surprised. He had even been to the new address, as the access lane is very narrow, to decide on the best route. The guys were very polite, clearly knew what they were doing, and went about their work quietly and without fuss. When they had finished, Shawn rang us to make sure we were totally happy.
