We are really pleased with the work Martin has done for us. He took the time to explain the different slates we could use and carried out works quickly and professionally. The new roof looks brilliant and it's great to have confidence in the high standard of work Martin has done for us. Would highly recommend.
Unfortunately Martin Ware proved to be both unreliable and dishonest! He failed to show twice, not giving notification before he should have been on site and giving excuses that were clearly lies! He then avoided phone calls and texts until we called him on a different phone number, at which point he said he had taken on too much work and couldn't do what he had agreed. This caused us and the workman we had lined up to follow him considerable inconvenience and cost!
