A good quality trampoline at a good price...
Dreadful. Having been attracted by the 'next day delivery', we placed our order. We were then informed it would arrive two days later - which was still in time for a family party we had ordered it for. However, it arrived with the main box missing and we are still without it 6 days later.I contacted customer service many times and all they did was blame the delivery company they use, who they described as 'useless'. When I pointed out that, with respect this was not my problem, the girl I spoke to, Tiffany, replied 'It's not my problem either'. Unbelievable. She was extremely arrogant and rude, and spoke over me constantly - eventually I hung-up. I have heard nothing from them since and despite being promised delivery yet again for today - nothing has arrived. My advice - go elsewhere.
Bought a 10ft Trampoline for my daughters birthday. Didn't really have any idea what to buy for her age and the staff were super helpful. After running through the options they went through the order process with me and the next day i had my trampoline. They provided me with actual videos on the assembly making it a breeze to put together. My daughter was over the moon. Great company.
On the plus side, this company seem friendly, professional and helpful whilst offering good deals. Unfortunately, despite being assured of a Saturday delivery and paying 25 for the privilege, our trampoline didn't arrive as promised. It arrived the next working day due to 'human error'. Our weekend was arranged around this new trampoline arriving - to be constructed before a trampoline birthday party on the Sunday - so we were all extremely disappointed. We were refunded the delivery charge but remain cross that our party didn't happen because some nitwit couldn't get their paperwork in order. I'm afraid we will buy our trampolines elsewhere in future...!
