Pretty disappointed. Booked to test drive a car. After being sat for 15 minutes and asked many questions being told that someone had put a deposit on car and it was unavailable. What a waste of time. Why didn't they contact us. Why weren't we told as soon as we arrived.
I found Eden Approved at Newton Abbot a really pleasant experience,it really could not have been better. I dealt with Dale King , who was so helpful and I felt totally respected and treated brilliantly. It was just so easy and I am so far very happy with my car indeed. It was not really what I had in mind to by but Mr King pointed me in the direction of it and I am so glad he did. The vehicle is saving me pounds already due to the great MPG and I would go back there or at least recommend them to anyone.Great service and very efficient in every way ,I really cannot fault them.I hope that my car continues ok but if anything went wrong I am confident that I would be equally well treated as I have been. My experience with Marcus at Eden approved was better than expected. He made the process of buying a car on finance (something which the thought of terrified me before) as painless as possible. I was surprised how quickly things went through and I was able to drive the car away that day. Would highly recommend Eden as the team members are all lovely. My partner has also purchased through them and will be picking up today...
