Greeted in a lovely manner with a big smile from Shannon as I walked through the main door, had offered me a hot chocolate whilst I sat and waited to speak to Jon. Jon was very informative about the cars I was interested in and took me out on a test drive, he was very helpful along the journey telling me everything I needed to know about the particular car and all the features that came with it to help decide my next car. Will definitely return to Jon when it's time to upgrade my car as he couldn't of been any friendlier and helpful.

My experience of purchasing and receiving my new polo was second to none. A big thanks to my salesman David Lay for being so attentive and welcoming and continuing this service throughout the process. The staff will go above and beyond to make sure everything goes planned for the day and after service too. Being fairly young and all is new to me, the staff made sure all my questions were answered so I could understand everything fully. I would highly recommend, and Im absolutely loving my new car.
Brilliant service - Jamie and Dan were wonderful from start to finish. Had my first ever brand new car ordered and delivered to my front door (all the way to central London - thank you to their lovely driver Pete!) within 3 days! The challenge was enthusiastically accepted by Jamie when I called on Wednesday saying I needed a new car by the weekend if possible, AND was very specific about exactly which model and colour I wanted. Im rarely easy to please, and I would be lying if I said I had any confidence at all in them to be able to meet my pretty high demands at such short notice... but they absolutely smashed the challenge (not the car, thankfully) to pieces! I couldnt have asked for a more helpful, supportive team. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional, friendly, and more importantly honest dealership. The car is a real treat to drive too. Thanks again guys! Teamwork makes the dream work.
I recently took my Up! Beats for its first service, having not used this particular dealership before I was a little unsure what to expect. However, it was a very pleasant stress free experience. I was greeted by name on arrival by David, before I had even fully closed my car door! He was professional and cheerful and he took me through into the showroom before letting another staff member know that I had arrived. I was then seen by Andrew who again was very processional and friendly and provided a brilliant service. He very quickly sorted the paperwork before arranging with me a convenient time to collect my car later in the day. He also rang to confirm this time once the car was ready. Collection and handover was also done by him and again was very swift and he bought my car to the door for me. It had also been washed which was an added bonus! I was sent a video during the service which was reassuring that all was well. I would definitely reccomend this dealership and and look forward to returning. Thank you!
