Lovely family run business, loads of history with the town, right down to pictures of the gentleman that originally set up the business. Fantastic knowledgeable salesman that wasnt pushy and only wanted the best for me. Doesn't look big from the outside but huge when you go upstairs. Quality products and excellent service that make Dreams look awful in comparison.

Excellent customer service. I ordered a reclining chair and was advised it would take about 3 weeks. When I followed up on the order I was told it would not be available until mid January. I explained that this caused me a problem so they delivered a temporary substitute.An order for a bed was made at 10am and delivered that afternoon.Good selection of stock with handy customer parking.

I have been dealing with W.Cross for many years and wouldn't buy any furniture or fitted carpets from anyone else, the staff are very informative nothing is to much trouble for them and they take your worn goods away all part and parcel of the deal which may be a tad dearer but well worth dealing with, if you need pieces moving they do this willingly and trouble free. I certainly would recommend W.Cross for all your furniture.
