Only been here a few time for remedial training after an accident good place welll laid out friendly staff good but serious atmosphere not for the shy . clean showers and hot water.and yes i would use it again but i have my own gym now . So if your into weight training based fitness then give this place a go.
It depends what you like really I found this a good gym the equipment is a little worn but all working and safe not a gym bunny gym more of a serious workout gym good range of classes and free parking overall I think it's a good place . one thing I really liked was that you could pay as you go although there are really good value memberships available
Highly recommended!!! 5*****I bring my teenage daughter and son to this gym and they absolutely love it. The owners Rick and Laura are very knowledgeable and helpful and the gym has a very good vibe about it. Wide range of equipment and very reasonable cost. Highly recommended. Also tons of free parking and centrally located right across from Asda in Newton Abbot.
