Took my wedding ring in to be resized as slightly too big. They sorted the correct size for me and initially said I would have to wait a week which was perfectly reasonable. To my surprise I then received a call asking if I was still in town as it had been done the same day! Brilliant quality job and service. Highly recommend.

This is a really great independent jewellers , they sell some really individual items which my family loves and are able to do adjustments and repairs to jewellery very quickly and at a reasonable price. Overall much better experience than the chain jewellers . Staff are always friendly and helpful and willing to help with trying items with no feeling that you must buy.
Bought a necklace there for my wife. The chain wasn't right and a couple of links were misaligned. Instead of correcting there faulty workmanship, they expected my wife to pay for it to be done. Shoddy service, wouldn't recommend going there.
