Great for walks/play/fresh air what's that kids. Only joking. Has a lovely walk. Can play on a park. Footie in summer picnic family fun and OK for disabled people. Feed the ducks..
Hidden gem, not far from centre of Newton Abbot. Lovely circular walk around lake. Dogs welcome. Notices placed where they need to be on a lead. One route not suitable for Wheelchairs or pushchairs.
A pleasant park which turns out to be larger than first thought. A pay car park, refreshment hut and childrens' activity park, all situated adjacent to a large lake. Available water sports, with instructors, and fishing spots marked out all around. There are extensive trails to wander and great places to picnic. An abundance of wildlife can be seen away from the noisier entrance and some have even glimpsed one of the resident foxes. Beautiful.
Decoy Park is always great. I went with my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She loved the playground and seeing the ducks by the lake. It's just a lovely place.
A lovely walk around the lake. Beautiful Autumnal scenery at the moment. Fun carved wooden benches to rest on. Dog friendly (poo bins around). Pay for car park but definitely worth it. Also large children's play area. Toilet block by car park.Water sports also available on the lake.
