Lovely place lovely people great spotless facilities one of the best sites I have stayed on would recommend to any family wanting a relaxed and comfortable holiday.
Still our favourite site so much to do near by. Beautiful views very clean friendly family ran site cottages clean and spacious our second time in cottage. Will be back with our caravan in the summer can't wait
Well where do I start, apart from the positive I would ignore any of the bad you read like farm yard animals making mooing sounds. It's funny booking a camp site on a working farm with real animals that bark and moo etc. The owner and staff were all great, 100% spotless. Cleanest toilets, and a great little shop selling meat from the farm. The pool was heated, I would 100% recommend staying here as we will be back soon. Thank you 12 oaks !! Top stay
Such a lovely campsite, very clean and tidy. Owners and staff really friendly and helpful. Farm animals to see and a cow that lets you pet him. Showers and toilets are what you'd except to find in a 5* hotel. There's a nice swimming pool, also a lake and woods just behind the campsite. The shop has everything you'd need, including camp equipment, fresh meat and dairy produce from the farm and more importantly a good range of alcohol . I would more than happily go back time and time again.
