Excellent service from all the team, but particularly Christina who helped me get my phone working again after Carphone Warehouse tried to sneakily increase my tariff and then cut me off when I requested to go back to my old one. She then further helped me change over to a full O2 tariff which was 12 cheaper than my original one. An absolute diamond and a real credit to O2.

I'm not one for writing many reviews good or bad but I strongly felt this warrented one. Excellent service from Christina this morning, a real credit to team I can not praise and thank you enough. Went in not knowing what to get or even if I wanted to. Warm welcome very good professional opinion and just as good if not better (for me) personal opinion based on what I use my phone for. Have been with O2 since my first phone and have no intention of changing, whilst deals may be slightly better elsewhere I don't think you can beat the help support technical and service wise anywhere else.Many thanksEnjoy the weather whilst it lasts!
