Excellent example of good value hotel chain. I had an item of lost property which team member Tracey was very helpful in sorting out for me. Easy free parking. Great Beafeater adjoined.
The hotel was very comfortable the beds were Amazing... We love the fact we don't have to see reception when you enter and leave the hotel. The only downside is no vending machines for hot drinks desperately needs to update the facilities as this is no longer a budget hotel the tea and coffee facilties are not up to scratch in the bedrooms. Latte machine needed! If it had the updated hot drinks facility I would of given this hotel 5 *
Standard premier inn. The beefeater across the way is good. Had a really nice steak. The volume on the tv has a maximum of 15 which is pretty poor if there are people either side of you making noise pm me if you want to know how to turn it up. oh and there was a leaking pipe on my floor that has been going for over a day. That's why you got 3 star premier inn
We just stayed one night to attend a funeral. Nice big room, really clean with everything you needed. The staff were pleasant. Although the hotel was pretty full, it was quiet at night. Would definitely stay again/We had breakfast at the adjoining Beefeater which was ok. The food was nice but where there is a help yourself buffet and what is clearly a very busy breakfast sitting, I wish the staff would make sure the food is replenished more quickly.
Just got back from a 4 day break. This inn was a good location to all Devon tourist destinations with free parking.We ate out so didn't use the facilities of the inn. Nice clean rooms but the mattress and pillows could do with an upgrade. The staff were friendly and we would stay here again.
